In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Preowned auto logistics is a broker so they coordinate with companies to transport your vehicles. I worked with Mike Buonopane who was helpful and answered all my questions. I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.
They helped me transport a car about 500 miles a couple months ago. Everything went well. Good pricing. Good communication. Good timing, especially around a holiday weekend. Would recommend to others.

Any time you request a door-to-door service with Preowned Auto Logistics, you’ll be opting to have your driver pick up the vehicle from your drive instead of dropping off your car at a PAL terminal. This option allows you to keep your vehicle until the moment it gets loaded onto the truck. The driver will then deliver your car directly to your new location at the closest possible location to your driveway if the truck can’t make it directly to your driveway.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.
They helped me transport a car about 500 miles a couple months ago. Everything went well. Good pricing. Good communication. Good timing, especially around a holiday weekend. Would recommend to others.

In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Preowned auto logistics is a broker so they coordinate with companies to transport your vehicles. I worked with Mike Buonopane who was helpful and answered all my questions. I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.

Outstanding! We called at the last minute (the day before leaving for Florida) and Mike was very receptive. We left on a Wednesday. Our cars were picked up on Wednesday and Mike attempted to find a truck/driver to bring our cars. They were picked up on a Saturday morning and surpisingly delivered (Monday)late morning. In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Preowned auto logistics is a broker so they coordinate with companies to transport your vehicles. I worked with Mike Buonopane who was helpful and answered all my questions. I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.
They helped me transport a car about 500 miles a couple months ago. Everything went well. Good pricing. Good communication. Good timing, especially around a holiday weekend. Would recommend to others.

I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.
They helped me transport a car about 500 miles a couple months ago. Everything went well. Good pricing. Good communication. Good timing, especially around a holiday weekend. Would recommend to others.

Outstanding! We called at the last minute (the day before leaving for Florida) and Mike was very receptive. We left on a Wednesday. In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Preowned auto logistics is a broker so they coordinate with companies to transport your vehicles. I worked with Mike Buonopane who was helpful and answered all my questions. I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.

In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Preowned auto logistics is a broker so they coordinate with companies to transport your vehicles. I worked with Mike Buonopane who was helpful and answered all my questions. I was told they vet companies before using them. Don't have any complaints against him but the company that transported my car was unprofessional. The driver didn't speak any english and asked my sick elderly mother for a ride back to the truck... Wanted to get in touch with him Mike to let him know but wasn't able to get in touch with him.

I hate doing this because I only post 5 star reviews. I really do. Went back and forth with them about damage on a vehicle. Pictures clearly show that hood of vehicle was not damaged (one of their team members even agreed on the phone that the damage was not there) but their "claims department" said in one of the pictures at a slight angle you could see what looked like might be damage. Its a shame and I could write a more in depth review but honestly save yourself some time and use a different company.
They helped me transport a car about 500 miles a couple months ago. Everything went well. Good pricing. Good communication. Good timing, especially around a holiday weekend. Would recommend to others.
