We are snowbirds and have used many car carrier companies. Preowned Auto Logistics is, by far, the very best. The initial dealings with the office staff to work out the details was extremely easy. I immediately felt that we were in good hands. Our vehicle being transported was brand new with less than 200 miles driven, so we were a bit concerned having it transported rather than driving ourselves. We were so pleasantly surprised with the care taken by Preowned Auto Logistics. The car was delivered directly to our front door and sooner than expected. I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Keep up the great work.

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.

The dealership decided to use the uconnect app as the only way for me to track my car. Unfortunately, the signal was lost during transport and when I asked the salesman he said he did not know where my car was, or when it would arrive, not the answer you want to receive. He eventually gave me Mr. Harlow's contact, Colby was not only professional but kind and understanding. He told me where my car was, gave me an anticipated date and offered to have the driver call me asap.
